Our students are given the opportunity to have mentors or shadow a woman in the fall. Though we do not form formal mentoring relationships for each of our students, we love to have a database of women who are ready and willing to share their pearls of wisdom with these tender minds. This eliminates the wasted time students spend trying to find a mentor or someone to shadow, only to end up with the door closed in their faces. If you are interested in being a mentor or allowing a student shadow you at some point, please contact our Program Coordinator,  Bonycle Thornton. We need women from every corner of the entire state of Alabama.
